1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Sahy Electric ("Company"). By creating an account or using our electric vehicle charging infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Charging Station Usage & Safety

• Users must operate charging equipment strictly in accordance with vehicle manufacturer guidelines and on-screen charger instructions.
• Users must inspect the charging cable and connector for visible physical damage before connecting to their vehicle.
• Vehicles must be moved immediately upon completion of the charging session. Idle parking fees may apply for overstaying in charging bays.
• Modifying, tampering with, or abusing charging hardware, connectors, or cables is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Tariffs & Refunds

• All charging tariffs (per kWh or per minute) are displayed on the charger screen prior to initiating a session.
• Payments are processed automatically through UPI or payment cards upon session completion.
• In the event of a technical failure resulting in an incomplete session where funds were debited, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify Sahy Electric support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sahy Electric shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of battery degradation, vehicle towing fees, or trip delays arising out of charger unavailability or grid power outages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
